Every Problem Has a Solution – How to Hide Stretch Marks

Some people take having stretch marks as a major calamity in their lives.  The impression amongst us is that once you have them you cannot hide stretch marks after that.  Science is so advanced that if not 100% but at least an acceptable level of improvement is made in our medical of appearance related issues.

Step into the nearest department store’s cosmetic section and you will find an array of products to help conceal your stretch marks.  Since the stretch marks are a shade lighter than your normal skin color it is easy to hide stretch marks by concealing with a tanner in the form of a lotion or a spray.  Do not try to get a natural tan or a temporary one through the tanning machine as only your unaffected skin will get tanned but you will not be able to hide stretch marks as they will remain the same color as before.

You must be applying a body lotion after you have showered, right?  Well you can start applying cocoa butter to your stretch marks to help them fade out a bit.  They will not look so obvious within a couple of weeks but do no expect them to vanish into thin air.

Applying Vitamin E to hide stretch marks by getting them to smoothen out and become less visible is also a good option.  Vitamin E is available in many body lotions but a concentrate of this by taking a pure liquid form of Vitamin E after breaking open a gel capsule or getting the gel in bottle would be most efficient.

Olive oil or sesame oil can also be applied to hide the stretch marks but would not be as fast acting as cocoa butter or Vitamin E.  Since these oils would have a residual scent that many people do not find particularly appealing you may want to get this massaged into the affected areas before you shower or before bedtime.

Of course, exercise is the solution for so many of our problems.  The natural order of the world to get us to be more active means, we have to compensate for our sedentary lifestyle through exercise.

Simply, choose your clothing well.  You do not have to stop wearing certain outfits like bathing suits or shorts just to hide stretch marks.  Select ones which look good yet can cover up your problem areas.  So prance around in your short skirt but just wear pantyhose to hide the stretch marks!  Hiding your stretch marks is a piece of cake.
